Marc Groth
President of Pacific Trim
Marc calls #woodlandwa his home. Marc’s love for cars started when he was just a kid. He then got into working with sheet metal. Later, he decided to work in the wood industry.
Now, he’s doing great at Pacific Trim Panels. He helps his team grow while the company expands.
When he’s not working, Marc enjoys spending time with his wife Tanya and their two boys, Kolton and Cooper. They love #snowmobiling in the #mountains and wake surfing in the #summer.
He lives by this saying: “If you’re not uncomfortable, you’re not moving forward.” Let’s keep pushing ahead!
Kevin Dehut
Chief of Operations
Kevin, the dynamic Chief of Operations at Pacific Trim, wears many hats. He’s the mastermind behind everything from equipment upkeep to employee evaluations, and from material sourcing to final product packaging.
Kevin’s superpower lies in his uncanny ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and strategically plan the next steps.
When he’s not at the shop, you’ll find Kevin immersed in his passion for building and restoring hot rods, showcasing his autobody wizardry. Family time is sacred to him, whether it’s with his kids or creating memories with cherished friends and family.
Johnny Cuppy
Operations Manager
Johnny plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our company by optimizing collaboration across departments, refining processes, and maximizing resources for greater efficiency.
With expertise in communication and teamwork, he fosters a harmonious work environment and strengthens interdepartmental connections to boost productivity and service quality.
Johnny is also skilled at identifying challenges and discovering growth opportunities, enabling him to address obstacles with innovative solutions proactively. We are excited about the positive impact he will have on our team and our commitment to excellence!
Susan Brassfield
Accounting
Susan comes to the team with many years of accounting and bookkeeping education and experience. She also brings experience in all aspects of the wood products industry from logging to chip hauling and on through paper board packaging. She is always looking for ways to make the accounting office run more efficiently and yet still provide the best possible customer service experience.
In her time away from work, Susan enjoys participating in many local volunteer opportunities with the historical society and cemetery district, her church, and recovery groups. She enjoys spending time with family and going on day rides on her Ducati.
James Muldoon
Plant Supervisor and CNC operator
With 7 years of dedicated service to our team, James is a reliable and experienced member.
Beyond his professional achievements, James has a vibrant personality that shines through in his personal life. At 38 years old, he cherishes long walks on the beach, finding solace and tranquility in the sound of crashing waves.
James' true pride and joy lies in his role as a father. As a proud dad to two wonderful daughters, he finds joy in spending quality time with them. Whether it's engaging in delightful sports activities or simply embracing the precious moments, James is always there to create lasting memories.
In addition to being an incredible father, James is a sports enthusiast, with a particular passion for football.
James is not only a skilled professional but also a compassionate family man and a dedicated sports lover. We are fortunate to have him as a part of our team, bringing his unique perspectives and positive energy to everything he does.
